Road safety is a key concern for both the Government and the people on Indian roads. Addressing the need for safe driving and acknowledging that this requires more confidence and competence than it did earlier, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. has launched the Maruti Driving School as an initiative to promote safe driving.
Maruti Driving School imparts not only better driving skills, but also strives to inculcate safe driving culture through special theoretical sessions for behavioral training and road sense. The school was the first to introduce advanced driving training simulators for better judgment and concept of route maps for holistic on road practice. Furthermore personal attention is given to all students via one to one on road sessions.
The Maruti Driving School by Khivraj Motors is located in Anna Salai, with state-of-the-art simulators and experienced driving instructors. This academy helps new car buyers and the existing car owners to learn the nuances of driving in all terrains and conditions. CURRICULUM
Maruti Car Certified Driving Syllabus

The Driving Instruction Programme is framed with the aim of equipping students with comprehensive knowledge of driving the car and rules of the road. This is instilled in three stages:
Theory Classes on road safety and knowing your car
Practice on state of the art Car Simulator
Personalized On-Road Driving Instruction
Total course duration is 21 hours, with 10 hours of on-road driving.

All students are assisted with obtaining a license at the end of the course. However, license will be only being issued once the student passes the driving test conducted by the Regional Transport Office Authorities.At the Academy, students learn to drive in various road conditions like S-bend, 4-track road, L-bend, 2-track road, 8-bend lanes, and more. Other facets included in the comprehensive training structure are car maintenance and driving etiquette.
An Advanced Course is designed for professional drivers. The focus is on driving etiquette and fine tuning their skills as confident drivers. The highlight of the Maruti Driving School is the personal attention given to each student in every aspect of the course. All on-road classes are conducted by trained professionals on one-to-one basis in order for each student to drive comfortably and confidently.
We also take introductory sessions at colleges, corporates, government institutions etc.

We follow a world class curriculum and standards in car driving training. The best thing about this programme is that we provide car stimulator before the driver drives on practically on road.
Simulator is equipment which will give the real time driving experience. Learners can practice all car controls like steering, gear shift, accelerator, and brake before they take the vehicle on the road. We teach in all kinds of weather and road conditions.

The basic documentary requirements for registration are :-
• 4 passport size photographs in white background
• Birth certificate or School 10 th or 12 th marksheet
• Latest Blood group report in original
• Aadhar card
• Indian Passport
• Election commission voter photo ID card
• Details of 2 identification marks on body
• Mobile number & alternate mobile and landline number
• Email address
There are three categories of training. i.e. - Theory training, simulator training, practical training. The time duration for all 3 categories is different for both basic learner’s course and advanced course.
Yes, the mandatory rule which you need to follow are :-
• It is compulsory for all the trainees to undergo all modules (Theory, simulator, & practical training) in sequence.
• Practical training will be conducted from 6 AM to 6 PM, Sunday practical training is done form 6 am to 1 pm .
• Simulator training is from 9 AM to 6 PM on all the days. Except Sundays .
• Theory training is conducted as per batch shdeues hence the time is fixed in advance.
• Appointments have to booked in advance.
Yes, the mandatory rule which you need to follow are :-
If you apply for both tests, you have to pass both the tests to get the dual license. If you fail one of the tests, then you have to apply for a re-test.
By cash/DD/RTGS/IMPS. We need the UTR and confirmation slip in order to confirm the same.
This includes a half -hour on-road assessment of an individual’s driving skills.
The driver is rated on an exhaustive list of 20 points assessing their ability to manage various controls in a car, knowledge and practice of safety norms, correct knowledge and usage of traffic rules, signs, markings, etc.
